Coreresponsibilities:Platformreliability (hybrid cloud + on‑prem): Own L3 reliability posture; Define SLOs/KPIs; lead operability gates and production readiness; Maintain runbooks/SOPs.Automation & Ia C:Design/build operational automation (health checks, remediationworkflows); develop Terraform/Ansible configurations; script withPython (preferred), Power Shell, and/or Bash; integrate with ITSMfor auditable self‑service and controlledremediation.Incident/problem/RCA (L3): Leaddiagnosis, stabilization, and recovery for major incidents; driveproblem management, RCA, preventive actions; reduce MTTR/MTTD viabetter signals, runbooks, andautomation.Observability standards: Defineactionable signals, alert quality, dashboards, logging; tunealerting to reduce noise; run data‑driven operationalreviews.AIOps enablement: Advancepredictive/proactive operations (anomaly detection, trend/capacityanalysis); support Python‑based analytics and ML/DL whereapplicable; industrialize operational intelligencesafely.Provider enablement (outsourced L1/L2):Equip provider with clear runbooks, training, standard changes,escalation criteria; govern performance and ITSM alignment; drivecontinuous improvement.Collaboration & CI:Partner with Platform Engineering to ensure operable‑by‑designcapabilities; feed operational insights into roadmap; mentor peersand promoteengineering‑led operationsculture. Requiredqualifications:5+years in platform/SRE/operations/platform engineering withproduction ownership in large‑scaleenvironments.Hands‑on hybrid operations (cloud+ on‑prem) with strong enterprise cloud fundamentals (compute,networking, storage, identity).Production Ia Cand automation (Terraform,



Ansible); scripting withPython/Power Shell/Bash (Python stronglypreferred).Proven L3 incident troubleshootingand major incident leadership.Stronginfrastructure fundamentals: networking (including DNS/DHCPconcepts), virtualization, storage, Windows Server and/orLinux.ITSM experience (incident, problem,change) and ticket‑based operations.Azureplatformknowledge.
