The Salesforce Scrum Lead - Agentforce & AI Solutions isresponsible for leading Agile Salesforce delivery teams whiledriving the design, development, and implementation of enterpriseSalesforce and AI-powered solutions. This role combines Scrumleadership, Salesforce technical expertise, solution architecture,and hands-on development to deliver scalable, secure, andinnovative business capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Agentforce, and Data Cloud.The ideal candidatewill serve as the primary Agile lead for Salesforce initiatives,facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, aligningbusiness priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of businessvalue. In addition, the role will lead the implementation ofAgentforce AI agents, Einstein AI capabilities, enterpriseintegrations, and Dev Ops practices while promoting Salesforce bestpractices, governance, security, and continuous improvement. Thisposition partners closely with business stakeholders, productowners, architects, and development teams to deliver intelligentcustomer, employee, and operational solutions that support businesstransformation objectives.KeyResponsibilitiesLeadAgile/Scrum delivery for Salesforce projects, including sprintplanning, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and releaseexecution.Design, develop, and supportSalesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),Flows, and Salesforce platformtechnologies.Implement and optimize SalesforceAgentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven automationsolutions.Define and deliver scalableintegration solutions using APIs, middleware, and enterpriseintegration patterns.Drive Salesforce Dev Opspractices including CI/CD pipelines, source control, automatedtesting, and release management.Ensureadherence to Salesforce architecture standards, security controls,governance policies, and Responsible AIprinciples.Mentor development teams, conductcode reviews,



and promote Agile and Salesforce bestpractices.Collaborate with business andtechnical stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation andprocessimprovement. Qualifications7+years of Salesforce development experience and 3+ years leadingAgile/Scrum teams.Strong expertise inSalesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning WebComponents (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Java Script, and platformadministration.Hands-on experienceimplementing Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder,Agent Builder, and AI automationcapabilities.Experience with Salesforce DataCloud, enterprise integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and modernAPI-first architectures.Solid knowledge ofSalesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, andrelease management processes.Proven ability tolead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliverenterprise-scale Salesforcesolutions.Excellent communication, leadership,problem-solving, and organizationalskills.
