Overview:Ontime and in budget delivery of Implementation packages. Thisconsiders the full life cycle from requirements gathering todeployment incl. post go-live support. Major influence on theongoing design and management of TD SYNNEX's ERP/ SAP/ Applicationsystems such as (FI, CO, L, SD MM, IBP, Hybris, etc.) Managingsub-projects for the delivery of ERP/ SAP /Application solutions.Translate SAP requirements to functionalspecifications for reporting, interfaces, data conversions,enhancements, forms, and workflows.Proactively recommend,design, develop, and implement business processes and systemsinvolving 3rd party technologies that may or may not interact withSAP in order to effectively meet business objectives. Acts as aliaison between the Technology Department and business unitsby:
- Opening and maintaining lines of communication tomonitor and improve business unit satisfaction withTechnology.
- Participating in root cause analysis inorder to determine appropriate actions to improve productivity forboth the business units and Technology.Demonstratesproven thorough abilities and success assisting with technicalefforts related to SAP applications, including:
- Developing, designing, implementing and supporting businessprocesses in an SAP environment;
- Designing, building,testing and deploying SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizingRICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) designand development.Developing, designing, implementing andsupporting complex business processes in an SAP environment; and,Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP FICO technicalsolutions, emphasizing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions,Extensions, Forms) design anddevelopment.Demonstrates an intimate-level ofextensive abilities and success with identifying and addressingclient needs by:building, maintaining, and utilizingnetworks of client relationships and community involvement; Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements,project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and, preparingand/or coordinating complex written and verbalmaterials.EssentialDuties & ResponsibilitiesRequired:
- Offer technical solutions to fulfil and implement businessrequirements with standard methodsin SAP- Provideanalytical and technical guidance and advice to users andassociates regarding functional capabilities of the SAP modules andtechnical environment.(20%)
- Demonstrate andmaintain knowledge/leadership in configuring and supporting SAP inthe relevant SAP modules. Realization of SAP system customizationin one or more functional areas(20%)

- Provide analyticaland technical guidance and advice to users and associates regardingfunctional capabilities of the SAP modules and technicalenvironment.
