The candidate should have strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Mandatory Skills Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support ServiceNow Ticketing Tool Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Active Directory Basic IT troubleshooting Excellent verbal and written communication Key Responsibilities Provide L1 technical support to end users. Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office 365 issues. Assist users with Active Directory-related issues. Log, track, update, and resolve support tickets. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.



Maintain SLA and ensure customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Any graduate preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support experience. Training, internship, and bench periods will not be considered as relevant experience. Must be comfortable working in US shifts and flexible 24×7 rotational shifts. Must be willing to complete client-mandated training. Graduation certificates and original mark sheets must be available for onboarding verification, subject to client policy.
