Role Description The Research Assistant role at Softalgo Technologies is a part time remote position focused on supporting research and data-driven projects. On a day-to-day basis, the Research Assistant will conduct literature reviews, gather and organize data from multiple sources, and assist in designing and implementing research protocols. This role involves preparing summaries and reports, supporting basic data analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation of research activities. The Research Assistant will collaborate with project leads and other team members, contribute to research presentations, and help ensure that all work aligns with established standards and timelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret findings and support evidence-based decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to conduct literature reviews, gather information, and support experimental or study design.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present research outcomes clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills where applicable, including following protocols, handling samples or tools safely, and documenting procedures accurately.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools, such as spreadsheets, online databases, and project management platforms.
• A background in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics, or related disciplines) through education or equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Prior experience in academic, industrial, or applied research settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
