The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, particularly in handling high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and acquiring portfolio management services (PMS). This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in managing assets under management (AUM) and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wealth management strategies tailored to HNI clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Lead the PMS acquisition process, identifying potential clients and presenting tailored investment solutions.
- Manage and grow the AUM by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
- Oversee the financial performance of client portfolios, ensuring profitability and adherence to P&L; management standards.
- Collaborate with a team of financial advisors and analysts to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.




- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with NISM standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Required
