Role Description The Talent Acquisition Lead — SARAS AI Institute is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including defining role requirements with leadership, sourcing candidates through diverse channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The Talent Acquisition Lead will develop and execute recruiting strategies that strengthen employer branding, build talent pipelines for academic, corporate, and operational roles, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining accurate recruitment data, managing offer processes, and supporting workforce planning aligned with the institute’s mission and growth. The role also involves representing Saras AI Institute at events, nurturing relationships with external partners, and continuously improving recruiting practices to attract high-potential, mission-aligned talent. Qualifications
• Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing, ensuring structured, fair, and competency-based assessments.
• Skills in Employer Branding, including crafting compelling talent narratives and engaging candidates through digital and offline channels.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills to work with leadership, faculty, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in education, technology, or high-growth organizations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and data-driven hiring metrics.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruiting or HR are a plus.
