We are building the technology layer for the rapidly growing creator economy, helping marketing teams move from fragmented, manual influencer marketing processes to a more intelligent, data-driven way of planning and executing creator programs. The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of recruitment experience focused on hiring for B2B SaaS or product-based companies. You should have recruited across product and commercial functions, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Sales and Enterprise SaaS Sales, rather than focusing primarily on IT or engineering roles. You will own hiring for these roles end to end, work closely with business leaders, and build strong talent pipelines from relevant product companies. What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Sales, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Customer Success and related product-business roles.




• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, define candidate profiles and assess relevant product-company experience.
• Map B2B SaaS and product companies, identify suitable talent pools and build pipelines for mid-level and senior positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals and other recruitment tools, including passive-candidate outreach.
• Manage screening, interviews, stakeholder feedback, offers and joining follow-ups, with ownership of candidate quality and hiring timelines.
• Track hiring progress and sourcing effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with substantial hands-on hiring for B2B SaaS or product-based companies; experience limited to IT or engineering recruitment will not be sufficient.
• Proven experience hiring across multiple product and commercial functions, particularly Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Product Sales and Enterprise SaaS Sales professionals.
• Experience hiring for mid-level and senior positions, with robust knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring, evaluate candidate fit and partner effectively with business leaders across multiple requirements.
