You'll work directly with the directors, see how decisions get made, and learn skills that most people only pick up after years in a corporate job. You'll be involved in the day to day operations of a growing real estate business, working closely with the founding team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Communication: Be the first point of contact for potential buyers, sellers, and investors through calls and WhatsApp.
• Lead Management: Understand customer requirements, follow up with enquiries, and help move potential opportunities forward.
• Business Development: Build relationships with clients, property owners, and brokers, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Property Onboarding: Collect property information, maintain our CRM, and coordinate new property listings.
• On Ground Coordination: Occasionally visit properties around Kochi to capture photos/videos, verify details, or coordinate with owners.
• Business Operations:



Support the founding team with everyday operational activities and suggest improvements wherever possible.
• Learn the business end-to-end: sales, client handling, marketing, operations and how real estate deals actually close Who are we looking for? We care more about your mindset than your CV. You could be a college student, recent graduate, aspiring entrepreneur, or simply someone genuinely interested in business. We'd love to hear from you if you:
• Are hungry to learn and want to get into business, sales or entrepreneurship
• Have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam
• Are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
• Are comfortable with technology and digital tools. We're a tech driven company, and we love people who are curious about how technology can make businesses smarter and more efficient.
• Believe in taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions. Prior real estate experience is NOT required. A willingness to learn, professionalism, and a proactive attitude matter much more.
