3–5 Years STRICTLY FOR ROURKELA-BASED CANDIDATES ONLY We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage, execute and scale our digital marketing campaigns with a solid focus on conversions and revenue growth. This is a target-driven role requiring complete ownership of monthly marketing performance and measurable results. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Independently manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
• Own monthly marketing, lead generation and conversion targets.
• Plan and optimise advertising budgets.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and ROI.
• Coordinate with the in-house content and creative team.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI and ROAS.
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve results. REQUIREMENT
• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete advertising process.
