Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The role involves monitoring and coordinating site work, ensuring adherence to approved designs, technical specifications, and safety standards. The Site Civil Engineer will supervise contractors and site staff, manage materials and resources, and support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting. This position requires regular quality checks, resolving site issues, and close collaboration with architects, project managers,



and clients to maintain timelines, budgets, and workmanship standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with a solid understanding of structural and building systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project coordination to manage schedules, resources, and workflow on site.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in reading drawings, using basic engineering software, and preparing site reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and site workers.
• Prior experience in residential building projects in Bengaluru or similar urban environments is highly beneficial.
