Role Description The Architect role at Star India Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs that align with the company’s furniture and interior design goals, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic coherence. Day-to-day tasks include creating drawings and 3D models, collaborating closely with design, production, and project management teams, and supporting the integration of architectural elements with manufacturing processes. The role involves reviewing project requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.



The Architect is expected to contribute to design innovation and process improvements while maintaining clear documentation and communication across projects. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, technical drawings, and spatial planning.
• Experience with Integration of architectural solutions into product design, manufacturing processes, or interior environments.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination with cross-functional teams, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, digital modeling, or integration with CAD/BIM platforms.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools for presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
