Bros have real conversations with users by chat and audio call, billed per minute, on a fully flexible schedule. This is not a therapy or counselling role. You will not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. You will listen without judgment, validate emotions, ask thoughtful questions and recognise when a situation needs professional support. --

- Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in psychology or a related field
- Degree verification required
- Age 18 or above
- Fluent in English, Hindi or Hinglish atleast
- Own an Android phone
- Valid PAN card in your own name Preferred qualifications
- Master's in psychology or a related field
- Experience in peer support, helplines, volunteering, mentoring or active listening
- Strong empathy and communication skills --

- Receive session requests through the Therapy Bro app
- Have real-time text and audio conversations with users
- Listen actively and without judgment
- Validate emotions and ask thoughtful questions
- Maintain healthy professional boundaries
- Recognise situations that need professional support and follow platform guidelines
