Role Description As an Associate at IMS Datawise, you will support back-office operations for international clients across sectors such as banking, real estate, and insurance. You will handle data entry and validation, prepare reports, and assist in process documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency in client deliverables. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams,



responding to client queries through defined channels, and following established workflows and compliance guidelines. You will use business tools and software to track activities, update records, and contribute to performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Qualifications
• Strong data handling capabilities, including data entry, validation, and basic data analysis.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client coordination and internal collaboration.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks with defined timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in back-office, BPO, or shared services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with international client requirements and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
