We are looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media Manager to own our brand voice, grow our organic presence across key channels, and shape our overall digital touchpoints. Role Overview As our Social Media Manager, your core focus will be driving ReviewDale’s social media strategy from end to end. You will be responsible for conceptualizing content ideas, planning and maintaining editorial calendars, and managing daily performance across multi-channel platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Strategy (Core Role)
• Content Ideation & Planning: Brainstorm, produce, and schedule engaging visual and copy-based content tailored to each platform's target demographic.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain an active content calendar (2–4 weeks ahead) to ensure consistent publishing schedules and campaign coverage.
• Platform Ownership: Manage day-to-day posting, profile maintenance, and platform growth on:
• Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
• X
• Reddit (subreddit participation and community posts)
• Quora

• Community Management (Discord & Beyond): Engage with our community,



moderate channels on platforms like Discord, encourage discussions, and nurture user feedback.
• Email Marketing & Newsletter Creation: Assist in drafting periodic brand updates, curated user highlights, or promotional weekly newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Substack.
• Cross-Channel Messaging: Ensure cohesive tone and messaging alignment across social feeds, community hubs, and subscriber communications. Qualifications & Skill Requirements Required (Must-Have)

Experience:
2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of algorithm dynamics, organic reach tactics, and audience behavior across Meta, Reddit, X, and Quora.
• Content Planning: Demonstrated ability to create forward-looking content calendars and publish on a disciplined timeline.
• Robust Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills in English, capable of adapting brand voice across casual, informative, and professional tones.
• Visual & Tool Aptitude: Proficiency in design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social). Preferred / Bonus Skills (Optional)
• Discord Management: Hands-on experience moderating, setting up, or scaling a Discord server/community.
• Email Marketing: Basic familiarity with email design, subject line testing, and newsletter curation.
• Public Relations / Communications: Background in basic PR, outreach, or customer interaction across digital forums.
