Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented B2B Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help expand our network of brands and vendors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching sponsorship packages and converting prospects into paying partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential brands across bridal wear, lehengas, jewellery, beauty, fashion and wedding-related industries.
• Build relationships with brand founders, business owners and marketing managers.
• Pitch brand sponsorship and promotional packages.
• Identify and onboard wedding vendors and businesses.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close business deals.
• Manage leads, follow-ups and partnership pipelines.
• Develop strategies to increase brand and vendor acquisition.
• Coordinate and guide business development executives as the team expands. Required Skills
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, brand partnerships or sponsorship acquisition.
• Solid communication,



presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to connect with business owners and brand decision-makers.
• Understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.
• Independent working ability and a target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in the wedding, fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry is an advantage. Compensation
• Commission-based role – No fixed salary.
• Brand sponsorships: 10–15% commission on successfully closed and paid partnerships.
• Commission terms and payment conditions will be agreed upon before commencement. Who Should Apply?
