Role Description The Growth and Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to expand brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across digital and offline channels. Daily tasks include planning and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing funnels, and coordinating projects with internal teams and external partners. The Growth and Marketing Manager will oversee marketing analytics and web analytics tools, implement marketing automation workflows, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.



This role also involves conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership. Qualifications
• Strong growth-focused mindset with skills in Growth Marketing and Project Management to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to design, implement, and refine customer journeys and nurture programs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, search, email, marketplaces) and performance marketing practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in office in Jaipur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; experience in FMCG, food, or D2C brands is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using spreadsheets and presentation tools.
