Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, planning, and publishing engaging content across social platforms that showcases Luka Chuppi’s products, values, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include creating photo and video content, writing captions, planning content calendars, coordinating product shoots, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive visual and verbal identity. The role also involves monitoring trends, responding to community interactions, analyzing basic performance metrics, and suggesting ideas to improve reach and engagement.



This is a full-time/part time, position based in Pune City, requiring close collaboration with the team and hands-on involvement with products and photo shoots. Qualifications
• Strong skills in social media content creation, including basic photography, videography, and editing for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for captions, stories, and short-form content.
• Experience in planning content calendars, managing posting schedules, and maintaining consistent brand aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and familiarity with trends, reels, and influencer-driven content.
• Creativity and an eye for playful, child-centric design; interest in fashion, lifestyle, or babywear is a plus.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing for consumer brands is preferred.
• Relevant education in communications, marketing, design, or a related field is beneficial, though not mandatory.
