We don't just sell trips. We build experiences and a community people want to come back to.

About the role
You'll be the go-to person for our travellers from the moment they book until they set off. Every question, update and concern comes to you. If you love talking to people and making them feel looked after, this role is built for you. We'll train you on everything else.

What you'll do
• Be the main point of contact for travellers after they book
• Share pre-trip communication: itineraries, packing lists, reminders and important updates
• Answer traveller queries quickly and warmly over WhatsApp, calls and email
• Handle concerns and escalations before the trip,



and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
• Keep traveller records and communication organised and up to date
• Support the team with miscellaneous coordination tasks as needed Who we're looking for
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
• A genuine people person: patient, empathetic and calm under pressure
• Quick to respond, well organised and able to juggle multiple travellers at once
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and email
• A graduate in any stream (freshers are encouraged to apply)
• A love for travel is a big plus What you'll get
