Role Description The Closing Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Panvel, responsible for overseeing all activities related to property closing and handover. This position coordinates with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely execution of lease and sale agreements, and smooth completion of transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing closing checklists, verifying compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, resolving issues that may delay possession or registration, and maintaining clear communication with clients regarding timelines and processes. The Closing Team Leader also monitors post-closing activities, updates records and systems, prepares status reports for management,



and supports continuous improvement of closing procedures. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of property management processes, including coordination of handovers, possession, and documentation.
• Experience in lease administration, with the ability to manage, track, and review leases and related contractual obligations.
• Understanding of leases and closing documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Professional experience in real estate, including residential or commercial projects and transaction management.
• Exposure to commercial real estate operations and stakeholder coordination is highly beneficial.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to lead a small team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain accountability for closing outcomes.
• Comfort with using MS Office and relevant real estate or ERP systems for documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
