Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves working closely with the design team throughout all phases of a project. The Architect will participate in concept development, prepare drawings and 3D visualizations, and contribute to physical model making to explore and communicate design ideas. Daily responsibilities include coordinating architectural details, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project documentation to ensure design quality and constructability. The role also involves monitoring project progress, assisting with cost and schedule considerations,



and helping maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and detailed documentation.
• Experience with Integration of design elements and coordination with engineering and consultant inputs within architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting cost and schedule control.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or scripting tools used in architecture (e.g., parametric design, automation, or BIM-related workflows) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar visualization tools).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, and eligibility to work as an architect in the region.
• Strong design communication skills, including visual presentation, technical writing, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to sustainable, context-responsive design.
