Job Description
JKRCS is looking for an experienced BIM Modeller – ELV to join our team at the Bengaluru client location. Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain ELV BIM models as per project requirements.
• Model ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Data & Networking, and Structured Cabling.
• Prepare detailed BIM models, layouts, drawings, and documentation.
• Work with LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400 standards.
• Coordinate with MEP and other discipline teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements. Required Skills
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.




• Knowledge of ELV systems and BIM modelling standards.
• Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Good communication and coordination skills. EducationDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
