Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and technically sound Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of CNC/VMC machines and related industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Installation, commissioning, and servicing of CNC/VMC machines. 2. Handle machine breakdowns and provide effective troubleshooting solutions. 3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. 4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 5. Work on CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. 6. Troubleshoot PLC, servo drives, motors, spindle, and control panel issues. 7. Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support. 8. Maintain service reports and documentation. 9.



Coordinate with internal technical teams for timely issue resolution. 10. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service support. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, motors, and control systems.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens CNC controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits. Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial service experience.
- Experience in CNC/VMC machine installation and maintenance.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
