10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:

- ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Conversion: Actively driving performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly student admission targets and key performance indicators set by the management. 2. High Volume Engagement: Maintaining the core baseline daily outbound calling volumes to sustain target sales velocity. 3. Career Consulting & Student Guidance: Counseling potential students by identifying their academic requirements, evaluating profiles, and guiding them toward the right platform and the right degree for their careers. 4. Lead Lifecycle Management: Executing systematic follow-ups, resolving queries, handling fee objections, and successfully closing the end-to-end enrollment lifecycle. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
- STRICT CORPORATE POLICIES & COMPLIANCE:
• Mandatory Pre-Employment Training: Hired candidates must undergo a mandatory 10-day pre-employment training and evaluation period. This phase focuses on functional training and live lead outreach tracking. This training period is strictly non-paid, and official payroll activation is conditional upon clearing this evaluation phase.
• Probation & Evaluation: Upon clearing the training phase, the candidate will be placed under a strict 90-day probation period.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: The company enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding data security. Downloading, exporting, taking screenshots, or transferring any lead data or student profiles to personal devices or third parties is strictly prohibited and will attract immediate legal action.
• Anti-Moonlighting Clause: Employees must devote 100% of their professional time to Savantic Corporation. Engaging in dual employment, freelance, or parallel consulting during the tenure is strictly barred. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
