Daily responsibilities include coordinating volunteer schedules, maintaining volunteer records, and serving as the main point of contact for volunteer inquiries and support. The role involves conducting volunteer orientations and trainings, supporting community outreach initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with organizational needs. The Coordinator will also help evaluate volunteer performance and engagement, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to volunteer programs. Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.
