Expert trainers design tailored fitness programs that support independence, reduce injury risk, and encourage healthy aging. The company offers a range of services for adults 55+, including personal training, mobility and flexibility work, and strength and balance programs. Kinetic Age also provides prehab and rehab support, along with customized nutrition plans, to deliver a holistic approach to senior wellness. Role Description The Operations Manager at Kinetic Age will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling client sessions, coordinating trainer assignments, and ensuring smooth delivery of home-based services. This role involves monitoring service quality, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and implementing policies and procedures that support safe and efficient operations. The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership on planning, reporting, and process improvements, while maintaining clear communication with trainers, clients, and partner organizations. Responsibilities also include basic budgeting oversight, data tracking,



and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru. Qualifications
• Experience in operations management, preferably in health, fitness, or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and multi-site coordination.
• Competence in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with trainers, clients, and leadership.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for scheduling, data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Understanding of basic budgeting, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with senior populations or wellness services is an advantage.
• Capacity to work on-site in Bengaluru and conduct occasional local travel as needed.
