The Business Owner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and P&L;, and ensuring that business targets are met or exceeded. The role includes developing and executing growth strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying recent revenue opportunities. The Business Owner will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and customers. Day-to-day tasks also involve setting performance goals,



reviewing operational reports, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications
• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L; oversight.
• Experience in operations management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, assess risks, and drive growth initiatives based on data and customer insight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in owning or leading a business unit, startup, or entrepreneurial venture is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, with a hands-on approach to solving operational and strategic challenges.
