Company Description Amazon Fulfillment Centre and Service Provider is an authorized Amazon seller service partner operating dedicated fulfillment centers in Tamil Nadu. These centers support Amazon sellers with warehousing solutions, streamlined seller onboarding, and merchant fulfillment services. The organization also provides cataloguing support, seller account management, and assistance with account reinstatement, helping sellers maintain strong performance on the platform. The focus is on efficient, reliable operations that enhance convenience and growth opportunities for Amazon sellers. Role Description The Operations Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and seller service operations. This role includes monitoring order processing, inventory accuracy, and service quality across functions such as merchant fulfillment, cataloguing, and seller account support. The Operations Team Lead will supervise and guide team members, assign tasks, track performance, and ensure adherence to process standards and safety protocols. The role involves analyzing operational data, resolving issues that affect customer and seller satisfaction, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.



The Operations Team Lead will also contribute to training, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Amazon service expectations. Qualifications
• Strong operations management skills, including experience overseeing warehouse or fulfillment processes and ensuring service-level compliance.
• Proven people management capabilities to lead teams, provide feedback, manage schedules, and support performance development.
• Customer satisfaction focus with the ability to understand seller and end-customer needs and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, track key metrics, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
