We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner using SAP and other financial systems.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.




- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and provide necessary reports to management.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations regarding accounts payable transactions. Required

Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP and experience with Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
