Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Building Information Models for architectural and interior design projects. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves creating, updating, and coordinating 3D models and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across disciplines. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants to integrate design inputs, resolve clashes, and support documentation for tenders and construction. Day-to-day tasks include model setup, parametric family creation, drawing extraction, and adherence to office BIM standards and workflows.



The role also includes assisting in quality checks, implementing revisions, and supporting project teams with timely, well-structured BIM outputs. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in 3D model development and coordination.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Modeler responsibilities, including spatial planning, detailing, and integration of design intent into digital models.
• Experience working with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) inputs, including clash detection and coordination between architectural and MEP models.
• Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings derived from BIM models, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple project models and versions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and interest in context-sensitive, environmentally responsible projects is an advantage.
