We bring together strategic thinking, creativity and on-ground execution to deliver meaningful, well-planned experiences for our clients and audiences. We are looking for an organized, proactive and execution-driven Event Producer who can turn ideas and event concepts into seamless, well-managed experiences. Role Overview As an Event Producer at IDFCC, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events from concept development to final delivery. You will work closely with the Director, creative teams, vendors, venues and clients to ensure every event is delivered within the agreed timeline, budget and quality standards. The role will involve a mix of corporate events, cultural festivals, brand experiences, social events and weddings.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute events from initial briefing and concept development to on-ground delivery and post-event closure.
• Coordinate with clients, venues, vendors, production teams, artists and other stakeholders.
• Develop event plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents, checklists and execution timelines.
• Manage venue coordination, stage and set-up requirements, audio-visual production, fabrication, décor, logistics and guest management.
• Source vendors, collect quotations, compare costs and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare and track event budgets, monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate venue layouts, floor plans, technical requirements and production arrangements.
• Work closely with the creative team to translate event concepts into practical on-ground experiences.




• Manage event-day operations, troubleshoot last-minute challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain vendor databases, event documentation, post-event reports and feedback records.
• Ensure quality, safety, timelines and skilled standards are maintained throughout the event lifecycle. Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in event planning, event production or event management.
• Experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, cultural events or weddings.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgeting and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work on-site during event execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and event planning documentation.
• Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, weekends or holidays when required for events.
