We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, schedule client appointments, build customer relationships, and support business development through outbound calls and digital communication channels.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule appointments through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
- Identify and qualify prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update CRM records and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months–3 years of Inside Sales / Business Development experience preferred.
- Freshers with 0–6 months of internship or work experience.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, cold calling, or lead generation are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail, or other industries may apply.
- Solid communication skills and a pleasant personality.
