Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the business development team in identifying current opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on fashion and retail trends, assisting in customer outreach and follow-ups, and helping maintain databases of prospects and partners. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, preparing basic reports and presentations, and providing support during meetings and events.



The intern is expected to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and contribute ideas that help expand Onfire's reach and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, prospects, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills for identifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and supporting outreach campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills for gathering competitive intelligence, understanding consumer preferences, and mapping new markets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, maintaining positive relationships, and representing the brand professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for data handling, documentation, and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced fashion and retail environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
