- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT and software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, sprint planning, task allocation, and daily progress tracking.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
