- Connect with students and working professionals through calls and other channels.
- Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct *career counselling and consultative sales*.
- Handle queries, objections and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
*Requirements*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, counselling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- *EdTech/Inside Sales/Academic Counselling experience is preferred.*
