Role Description The Online Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role oversees daily online operations, ensuring smooth workflows across e-business platforms, sales channels, and internal processes. Responsibilities include coordinating virtual and in-person support activities, managing projects and timelines, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. The Online Business Manager will collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to implement business strategies, optimize digital tools, and maintain documentation and reporting. The role also involves resolving operational issues, supporting team members,



and helping drive revenue growth through efficient online business management.
Qualifications

- Strong business management skills, including Business Management and E-business, with the ability to oversee online operations and processes.
- Experience in Project Management, with demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives on time.
- Background in Sales, with skills in managing online sales channels, tracking performance, and supporting revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Virtual Assistance, including managing digital communication, scheduling, and coordination across remote and on-site stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with common business and productivity tools, online platforms, and data reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in online business operations, e-commerce, or digital services is an advantage.
