Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Astrologer Support Executive to manage customer leads, assist with astrologer coordination, and support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on customer leads received through JustDial and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, explain the company's services, and guide customers in downloading and using the AstroPrrofound app.
- Assist customers in connecting with suitable astrologers based on their requirements.




- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up details, and updates in the CRM system.
- Maintain an updated database of astrologers, including their specializations and availability.
- Assist in astrologer screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates on assigned activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Strong coordination, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or lead management is preferred.
