Job Description – Civil Engineer - Projects & Maintenance

Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience:5-10 years

Key Responsibilities

- Execute civil construction, renovation, and modification projects.
- Supervise contractors, manpower, and daily site activities.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Handle building maintenance, including civil repairs, painting, plastering, flooring, and waterproofing.
- Attend leakage, seepage, cracks, and other civil maintenance complaints.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine site inspections.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Monitor project expenses and material consumption.
- Maintain maintenance records and submit progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Required Skills
- AutoCAD and drawing reading.
- BOQ preparation and estimation.
- Site supervision and contractor management.
- Knowledge of civil construction and maintenance.
- MS Office and communication skills.
