Role Description The Owner role at Top Group Holding is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business operations across real estate, home furnishings, fashion, and lifestyle ventures, while ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. The role involves reviewing financial performance, approving key investments, and providing direction on brand positioning, customer experience, and market expansion. The Owner will collaborate with senior leaders, set priorities for ongoing projects, and make decisions related to partnerships, contracts,



and resource allocation. This position also requires maintaining governance standards, assessing risks, and guiding long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications

- Strong business leadership skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and oversight of multi-industry operations.
- Experience in real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands, with an understanding of luxury positioning and customer experience.
- Financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with executives, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with proven experience in business ownership, company leadership, or senior executive roles.
- Familiarity with regional markets in the GCC, particularly Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or qualified certifications are an advantage.
