Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ?

Key Responsibilities
• Manage regular teacher recruitment and hiring.
• Post job openings on various platforms.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate selection.
• Handle teacher onboarding and documentation.
• Monitor daily teacher and student attendance.
• Prepare monthly teacher salary and payout sheets.
• Maintain HR records, recruitment trackers and employee databases.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR and administrative activities. ? Who Can Apply?
• Fresh graduates from BBA,



MBA (HR), B.
Com, BA or other relevant streams.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
