Compass Survey Pvt. Ltd. provides qualified land and aerial surveying, mapping, geospatial data processing and inspection services. The company serves clients across infrastructure, construction, real estate, mining, power, water resources and other sectors using advanced Total Station, DGPS and drone-based technologies. Job Profile We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support our growing business in land surveying, drone surveying, mapping and geospatial services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, following up with prospective clients and converting enquiries into business opportunities. The role requires good communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to build strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities
• Tele Sales & Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements and introduce our services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through telephone calls, online enquiries, digital platforms, referrals and other sales channels.
• Enquiry Management: Respond to incoming enquiries, understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our land surveying, drone surveying and mapping services.




• Sales Conversion & Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients regularly, address their queries and convert enquiries and leads into confirmed business opportunities.
• Service Presentation: Explain the features, applications and benefits of our surveying, mapping, DGPS and drone survey services to prospective customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication with clients, build positive relationships and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the business development and technical teams to obtain service information, prepare quotations and respond to client requirements.
• Lead & Sales Tracking: Maintain records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, customer interactions and sales conversions using CRM tools or other reporting systems.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, improving lead conversion and contributing to the company's overall business growth.
• Business Development Support: Assist in client acquisition, market outreach, business development activities and other sales-related initiatives. Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.
Com, MBA or qualifications in Sales,



Marketing or Business Administration will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, customer support or lead generation.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in surveying, engineering services, infrastructure or related industries will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies
• Good verbal communication and telephone handling skills.
• Strong customer engagement and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
• Professional approach to handling customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn and other digital platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and manage multiple enquiries.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills. Salary & Compensation ₹2 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
