Role Description The Investment Banking Associate will support startup clients with transaction execution, financial analysis, and strategic advisory activities in a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models, preparing investment memoranda and pitch decks, and conducting company, industry, and market research. The role involves participating in due diligence processes, assisting in valuation analyses, and coordinating with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to move deals forward. The associate will also help structure transactions,



review documentation, and contribute to strategic recommendations that enable clients to raise capital or pursue growth opportunities. Qualifications
• Strong Finance foundation with practical knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation for startups and growth-stage companies
• Experience conducting Due Diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational analysis
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and investor materials
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup advisory environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, or consulting is an advantage
