What does a Hybrid Editor do at WPP Production?

As a Hybrid Editor, you will play a critical role in creating engaging visual content through motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate with creative teams, designers, content creators, and clients to develop high-quality multimedia assets that enhance brand engagement and marketing effectiveness.

You will leverage your expertise in video editing, motion design, visual effects, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to produce compelling content across multiple digital platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Design and execute animation projects using industry-standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other motion design software.
- Develop engaging visual storytelling solutions that effectively communicate complex concepts and brand messages.
- Incorporate typography, visual effects, transitions, sound design, and animation techniques to elevate content quality and audience engagement.
- Adapt and optimize motion graphics and video assets for various screen sizes, resolutions, formats,



and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, content creators, and creative directors.
- Participate in project ideation, storyboarding, and creative concept development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and execute revisions.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Contribute innovative creative ideas and motion design solutions that enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and best practices in motion graphics and video production.
- Support production workflows while ensuring timely delivery within budget requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Hybrid Editor, Video Editor, or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and video editing capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Motion Graphics Design Tools
- AI-Powered Creative Tools (GenAI platforms)

- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for digital, social, marketing, and multimedia channels.
- Robust creative thinking and problem-solving abil
