If you have a proven track record in interior sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and high-value project closures, this could be your next career move. ? What You’ll Be Responsible ForYou’ll own the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
• Generate and convert qualified interior project leads
• Meet premium residential & commercial clients
• Conduct site visits and understand project requirements
• Coordinate with design teams for proposals and quotations
• Lead negotiations and close high-value projects
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, channel partners & clients
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to design/project teams
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth ? What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a sales professional with a strong closing mindset. You should have:
✅ 3+ years of sales experience ✅ Experience in Interior / Home Interior / Commercial Interior Sales ✅ Strong communication & presentation skills ✅ Excellent negotiation and closing abilities ✅ Proven sales target achievement ✅ Strong follow-up & relationship-building skills ✅ A proactive, energetic & commercially driven approach ✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Preferred Industry
