Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Sirkazhi. The technician will diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, perform preventive and scheduled maintenance, and install or replace HVAC components and related equipment. Daily tasks include conducting system inspections, testing performance and efficiency, documenting service activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers, explaining findings and service recommendations, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction through professional,



courteous service. Qualifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and related components, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair, including preventive maintenance for residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to interact professionally, explain technical information clearly, and build trust.
• Relevant EPA certification or equivalent credential for handling refrigerants and complying with environmental regulations (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of HVAC safety practices, tools, and test instruments, and ability to follow company and industry safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Sirkazhi, manage time effectively, and complete service calls with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar service role; technical diploma, apprenticeship, or vocational training in HVAC is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local service visits, as required by the role.
