Role Description The Support Analyst role at Taxcart is a full time remote position focused on assisting customers with the effective use of the Taxcart platform. In this role, the Support Analyst will respond to customer inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions. The position involves working closely with internal teams to escalate complex problems, document common issues, and contribute to knowledge base articles. The Support Analyst will also help customers understand product features,



guide them through configuration or integration questions, and ensure a positive, efficient support experience. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret logs, identify patterns, and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting within software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and timely resolution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in accessible language, both in writing and verbally.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with tax, finance, or ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
• Prior experience in a support analyst, help desk, or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Relevant education or training in information technology, business, or a related field is beneficial.
