Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
- Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
- Assist with performance appraisals and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
