The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, and ensure work is executed according to structural designs and specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control on site, verifying materials and workmanship, maintaining site documentation, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves resolving technical issues, assisting in layout and measurements, participating in progress reviews, and communicating project status to supervisors and stakeholders.



The Site Engineer will contribute to meeting project timelines and cost targets while maintaining high standards of structural and construction quality. Qualifications
• Strong on-site execution experience, with the ability to manage daily construction activities and site coordination.
• Effective communication skills for working with civil engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Hands-on quality control experience, including monitoring materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in building and infrastructure projects.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in basic site-related software and tools (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced site setting.
• Previous experience in site engineering or construction project supervision in Chennai or similar markets is beneficial.
