Right Sports Apparels is hiring a Courier Manager / Computer Operator for its Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting courier coordination and accurate day-to-day computer records. Responsibilities
• Coordinate courier bookings, dispatches, pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare shipping labels and dispatch documentation, track consignments and follow up on delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate courier, order and dispatch records using spreadsheets and company systems.
• Enter and update data, prepare routine reports and support office documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners to keep dispatch operations organised and timely. Qualifications
• Comfortable using computers, email and spreadsheets, with accurate typing and data-entry skills.
• Robust organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to coordinate multiple daily tasks.
• Relevant courier coordination, dispatch or computer operator experience is preferred. Workplace policy The company provides devices for work. Personal devices must be kept away during work.
