Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assembly Technician role based in the Pune Division. The Assembly Technician will assemble packaging machinery and components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly, performing basic wiring or soldering tasks where required, and ensuring that assembled units meet internal quality and safety standards. The role involves troubleshooting assembly issues,



collaborating with supervisors and engineers to resolve technical problems, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Assembly Technician will also document work completed, follow production schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly process. Qualifications
• Mechanical assembly skills, including Mechanical Assembly and experience interpreting technical drawings or schematics.
• Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools for precise and safe machine assembly.
• Basic Soldering skills for electrical or electronic connections in machinery, where applicable.
• Quality Control skills to inspect assembled components and verify compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing assembly, ideally in packaging or related machinery.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work accurately with attention to detail, and meet production timelines.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial trades is preferred.
